American Samoa has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

Title 46, Chapter 44 of the American Samoa Code Annotated criminalizes furnishing pornographic material to minors and the public display of explicit sexual material, but neither provision requires a publisher or online service to verify a user's age; the duty runs to the person who furnishes or displays the material, not to a platform's access controls.

Title 45's Chapter 20 establishes a child abuse and neglect reporting system and a central registry, addressed to caregivers, medical examiners, and law enforcement rather than to online services.
