Tunisia has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Code de la protection de l'enfant, published by Loi n° 95-92 du 9 novembre 1995 and in force since 11 January 1996, sets Tunisia's general framework of rights, judicial protection, and juvenile-justice procedure for a person under eighteen, but its stored text, checked for internet, online-service, media, and pornography-related terms, contains no age-verification or age-gating duty addressed to an online service provider.

Décret-loi n° 2022-54 du 13 septembre 2022 separately criminalises producing, publishing, or possessing child sexual-abuse material through an information system (art. 26) and using an information system to access copyright-protected content (art. 25), but neither provision imposes an age-verification or age-gating duty on a service, so neither is recorded as an age instrument.

Tunisian public debate in 2026 has raised a possible minimum age or restriction on minors' social-media access, and Tunisia's Ministry of Communication Technologies has referred separately to a content-control initiative, but as of this date no bill on either subject has been filed in the Assembly of the Representatives of the People.
