Senegal has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The cybercrime law, Loi n° 2008-11 du 25 janvier 2008 sur la Cybercriminalité, criminalizes producing, distributing, or possessing child pornography through a computer system (Penal Code arts. 431-34 to 431-36) and separately punishes anyone who facilitates a minor's access to pornographic images, documents, sound, or representations, but that facilitation offense binds the person who provides the access rather than imposing an age-verification or age-gating duty, and it carries no age-checking mechanism, threshold, or compliance process a service could follow.

No consolidated child code was located; Senegal's child-protection statute predates the internet-era cybercrime law and was not found to address online services.
