Seychelles has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code as of this date.

The Cybercrimes and other Related Crimes Act, 2021 criminalises publishing, producing or possessing child pornography through a computer system and communicating with a person under 18 (or under 16 for certain offences) to facilitate specified crimes, defining a child as a person under 18 years, but these are criminal prohibitions on an individual's conduct rather than a verification or age-gating duty placed on a service provider or publisher.
