Nauru has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Cybercrime Act 2015 (No. 14 of 2015) criminalises producing, offering, distributing, procuring, possessing, or knowingly obtaining access to child pornography material through an electronic system, and separately criminalises soliciting a child to meet through information and communication technology, but neither provision imposes an age-verification or age-gating duty on the operator of an online service; the duties run to a person who commits those specific offences, not to a service provider's design of its product.
