Niger has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

Loi n° 2019-33 du 3 juillet 2019 portant répression de la cybercriminalité au Niger criminalises producing, offering, distributing, importing, exporting, possessing, and facilitating a minor's access to child pornography, and separately punishes an adult's sexual solicitation of a person under fifteen through an electronic means of communication (articles 15 to 20), but none of these provisions imposes an age-verification or age-gating duty on a service provider; each duty runs to the person who produces, distributes, or solicits, not to a platform's onboarding or access-control design.

No consolidated child code was located; general child-related provisions instead sit in sectoral instruments such as this cybercrime law and, for matters outside the digital context, the Penal Code.
