Mali has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

Ordonnance n° 02-062/P-RM du 5 juin 2002 portant Code de protection de l'enfant, published in the Journal Officiel de la République du Mali, defines a child as a person under eighteen and sets general rules on the child's best interests, penal responsibility (fixed at eighteen), and protective and judicial measures, but its stored text contains no reference to the internet, an online service, or a digital platform.

Loi n° 2019-056 du 5 décembre 2019 portant répression de la cybercriminalité criminalizes producing, offering, or distributing child-pornographic material by way of an information system and criminalizes an adult proposing an online meeting with a child for that purpose, but neither provision imposes an age-verification or age-gating duty on a service provider; both are content-and-conduct criminal prohibitions rather than a duty to verify a user's age before granting access to a service.
