North Macedonia has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Criminal Code's article 193 criminalizes selling, showing or otherwise making pornographic images, audiovisual material or a pornographic performance available to a person under 14, and article 193-a separately bans producing, distributing or possessing child pornography, but both provisions are criminal offenses running against an individual offender rather than a duty on a service provider to verify a user's age or gate access to content.

No statute imposing an age-verification, age-gating, or minor-access duty on an online service, a social media platform, an app store, or a device has been located.
