Monaco has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code as of the date below.

Loi n. 1.383 du 2 aout 2011 pour une Principaute numerique, Monaco's general digital-economy statute as amended through Loi n. 1.482 du 17 decembre 2019, defines an online platform operator and requires it to give the public loyal, clear information, but carries no age-verification or minor-access duty; its one reference to the protection of minors is a national-security content-blocking power the Minister of State may exercise, addressed to the State rather than to a service provider.

Loi n. 1.299 du 15 juillet 2005 sur la liberte d'expression publique criminalises selling or offering an obscene recording, writing, print, poster, drawing, or image to a minor, but this is a physical-distribution offence predating any online-service concept, not an age-verification or age-gating duty on a publisher or platform.

Loi n. 1.344 du 26 decembre 2007 renforcant la repression des crimes et delits contre l'enfant amends a series of Code Penal articles on offences against children and carries no service-facing duty of its own. Loi n. 1.565 du 3 decembre 2024 relative a la protection des donnees personnelles sets a minors'-consent rule for information-society services, but that duty attaches to the personal data processed rather than to the nature of the service, so it is recorded under privacy rather than here.

No further Monegasque statute reaching an online age-verification, social-media, app-store, or design-code duty was found among these primary texts or the government's own published legislative summaries.
