Morocco has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

Law No. 77-03 on Audiovisual Communication, as amended most recently by Law No. 66-16, regulates broadcast and on-demand audiovisual operators through licensing, frequency allocation, and content standards, and its advertising-content provision bars advertising that exploits a minor's inexperience or credulity or otherwise causes them moral or physical harm, but the statute imposes no age-verification, access-control, or scheduling duty on an online or on-demand service.

Law No. 88-13 on the Press and Publishing bars an electronic newspaper from publishing content that incites hatred, racial discrimination, or harm to minors, and separately criminalizes distributing content exploitable for the sexual abuse of a minor, with a fine of 50,000 to 100,000 dirhams, but these are content prohibitions enforced by seizure, blocking, or criminal penalty rather than an age-verification or age-gating duty imposed on the publisher.

The Penal Code's general offences against child endangerment and Law No. 24-03 amending the Penal Code's provisions on sexual offences against minors are likewise general criminal prohibitions rather than a service-facing age-verification or minor-access-control duty.
