Liberia has not enacted an adult-content age-verification, social-media minor-access, app-store age-verification, or age-appropriate design code statute as of 2026-09-05.

Liberia's general child-welfare statute, the Children's Law of 2011, defines a child as any person below the age of 18 and amends the Penal Law to criminalize subjecting a child to pornography, exposing a child to cinematic, photographic, or motion-picture material of a sexual or violent nature for the purpose of inciting the child, and keeping or distributing child-pornography content, but each of those offences addresses conduct toward an individual child rather than imposing an age-verification or age-gating duty on a digital service.

The Telecommunications Act of 2007, which governs Liberia's telecommunications sector generally, contains no age-related provision. No numbered bill, Official Gazette citation, or public draft text proposing an age-verification or age-gating regime for a digital service exists.
