Saint Lucia has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Computer Misuse Act (Act 12 of 2011) criminalizes taking, distributing, or possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child through a computer system, but that offence runs against the person who creates, distributes, or possesses the material rather than imposing an age-verification or age-gating duty on a service provider.
