The Cayman Islands has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code. The Penal Code (2019 Revision) criminalises obscene publications generally at section 157, a general offence rather than an age-verification or access-control duty on a private online service.

The Information and Communications Technology Act (2017 Revision) requires a broadcasting licensee's local programming to protect persons under the age of eighteen among other content standards, a content-standards duty on a licensed broadcaster rather than an age-verification mechanism. The Children Act (2012 Revision) restricts publishing material likely to identify a child involved in court proceedings, a court-reporting restriction rather than an age-gating duty.
