North Korea has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Copyright Law of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (2001, amended 2006), the Law on the Protection of Computer Software (2003), and the Intellectual Property Law (2025) govern use of copyrighted works and computer software; none imposes an age-verification duty, a minor-access restriction, or a content-labelling duty tied to a user's age.
