Saint Kitts and Nevis has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Child Justice Act (Cap. 4.15; Act 19 of 2013) restricts publishing or broadcasting information that reveals the identity of a child offender or witness in a court proceeding, but that is a court-reporting restriction addressed to any publisher and courts, not a gating or access-control duty a private service must apply to its users.

The Children (Care and Adoption) Act (Cap. 12.01; Act 20 of 2013), checked in full, addresses care orders, supervision, and adoption procedure and contains no reference to the internet, an online service, or age-verification.

The Cinematograph Act (Cap. 23.07; Act 3 of 1913), checked in full, is a physical-venue fire-safety and licensing statute for a building where films are shown and imposes no content-classification or age-rating system, online or offline, beyond a staffing requirement where children are present at a screening.
