Jamaica has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Child Pornography (Prevention) Act, 2009 criminalises producing, distributing, importing, exporting, or possessing child pornography and using a child in its production, but its duties run to a person who commits those acts, not to a service provider's handling of user access, and it imposes no age-verification or age-gating duty on anyone operating a website or platform.

The Cybercrimes Act, 2015 criminalises using a computer to send obscene, threatening, or menacing data intended to cause distress, but that offence too binds the sender of such data, not a platform's access controls.

The Child Care and Protection Act, 2004, which defines a child as a person under eighteen and sets rules on care, protection, and registration, and the Sexual Offences Act, which provides for the prosecution of rape and other sexual offences and establishes a Sex Offender Registry, address the protection of children and the prosecution of sexual offences generally rather than online age verification or access gating specifically.
