Honduras has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code as of this date.

The Código de la Niñez y la Adolescencia (Decreto 73-96) sets Honduras's general child-protection framework, defining a child as any person under eighteen and a media outlet's duties toward children's privacy and program classification, but its stored text, searched for internet, pornography, media and age-related terms, contains no reference to an online service, a digital platform, or a verification duty of any kind; its media provisions address traditional print and broadcast outlets and pre-date the internet's presence in Honduras.

The Código Penal (Decreto 130-2017) criminalizes producing, selling, distributing, disseminating or possessing child sexual abuse material (art. 261) and forced sexual exploitation of a minor (art. 259), but neither provision imposes an age-verification or age-gating duty on a publisher of otherwise lawful adult content, a social platform, an app store, or a general-purpose service; the duty these articles state runs to whoever produces or handles the prohibited material, not to a service's access controls.
