Guyana has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code as of the date below. The Cybercrime Act 2018 (Act No. 16 of 2018) criminalises producing, distributing, or possessing child pornography through a computer system, but this is a general criminal prohibition addressed to the offender rather than an age-verification or age-gating duty addressed to a service provider.
