Equatorial Guinea
Equatorial Guinea has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code. The consolidated 1963 Código Penal in force, applied under the post-independence subsidiary-legislation decree, carries no reference to pornography, obscene material, or an online or telecommunications service of any kind, so it imposes no age-gating or age-verification duty on a private service, exhibitor, or distributor.
Ley n.º 1/2016 de Protección de Datos Personales is understood to include provisions addressing a minor's personal data, but that is a data-protection matter rather than an access-control duty, and its operative text could not be obtained through an official or mirrored source, so its content is not detailed here. No telecommunications statute imposing a minor-protection or age-verification duty on a private service was located.
