Guinea has not enacted an adult-content age-verification, social-media minor-access, app-store age-verification, or age-appropriate design code statute. Guinea does have a general child-protection code, Loi L/2019/0059/AN du 30 décembre 2019 portant Code de l'enfant de la République de Guinée, which revised the country's first Code de l'enfant, Loi L/2008/011/AN.

Article 27 of the 2019 Code obliges media generally to protect children from pornography and scenes of violence disseminated through video clubs, websites, advertisements, and other documents, but that is a content-protection duty addressed broadly to media rather than an age-verification or age-gating mechanism addressed to an online service, and it does not require a service to verify a user's age before granting access.

The same Code separately requires a cinema operator to post a notice and may require proof of a spectator's age before admitting them to a screening restricted to adults, which is a physical-premises age-check rather than a digital one. No numbered bill, Official Gazette citation, or public draft text proposes a digital age-verification or age-gating regime.
