The Gambia has not enacted an adult-content age-verification, social-media minor-access, app-store age-verification, or age-appropriate design code statute, and no numbered bill, Official Gazette citation, or public draft text proposing such a regime is known.

The Information and Communications Act, 2009 carries a Protection of Children part criminalising indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children, punishable by life imprisonment, but that is a criminal prohibition on child sexual abuse material rather than an age-verification or age-gating duty addressed to a service, and it is not a design-code, social-media-minor-access, or app-store duty either.
