Grenada has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Electronic Crimes Act, 2013 criminalises publishing, transmitting, procuring or accessing child pornography (material depicting a person under eighteen engaged in a sexually explicit act) and facilitating a child's online abuse, but this is a criminal prohibition on the conduct, not a duty on a service provider to verify a user's age or gate access to content.

The Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 sets rules for electronic signatures, e-commerce consumer protection and a certifying authority, and defines age as one of the categories within its general "personal information" definition, but imposes no age-verification or age-gating duty on a service provider.

Grenada's child-welfare statute, the Child (Protection and Adoption) Act, No. 20 of 2010, addresses mandatory reporting of child abuse, foster care and adoption, and carries no known online age-verification duty.
