Cuba
Cuba has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.
Article 399 of the 2022 Penal Code (Ley 151/2022) criminalizes producing, offering, trading, procuring, distributing, or transmitting pornographic material, with an aggravated penalty where the material involves a person under eighteen, and separately criminalizes possessing such material; both provisions punish the individual who produces, distributes, or possesses the material rather than imposing an age-verification or access-gating duty on a service that hosts or transmits content.
Article 9 of the 2022 data-protection law (Ley 149/2022) requires that a minor's best interest prevail whenever their personal data is processed, which is a data-protection principle rather than an age-gating duty on a covered service. No statute or reported decision imposes an age-verification, minor-access restriction, or design-code duty on a platform, app store, or developer.
