Colombia has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code binding a private digital-service operator.

Ley 1098 de 2006, the Codigo de la Infancia y la Adolescencia, imposes content-moderation duties on media in general, requiring them to abstain from transmissions or publications with pornographic or morbid content harmful to minors, but this duty runs to media outlets generally rather than gating a service by a user's age, and its stored text was checked for internet-specific or platform-specific provisions and carries none beyond a passing reference to police intelligence work against internet child-pornography networks.

Ley 2489 de 2025, the Ley de Entornos Digitales Sanos y Seguros, establishes a national public policy for children's online safety, creating a National Committee on Technology, Childhood and Adolescence, directing government ministries and educational institutions to develop guidance and curricula, and calling on the software industry to contribute to safer digital environments, but it sets no minimum age, no age-verification mechanism, and no directly enforceable duty on a digital platform stated in its own text; its article 14 leaves implementing regulation to a decree the National Government was to issue within six months.
