Côte d'Ivoire has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

Loi n° 2013-451 du 19 juin 2013 relative à la lutte contre la cybercriminalité punishes producing, storing, offering, distributing or transmitting a child-pornography image or representation through an information system by two to five years' imprisonment and a fine of 75 million to 100 million CFA francs (art. 15), and separately punishes importing, exporting or procuring such material (art. 16), intentionally possessing it (art. 17, one to three years and 20 million to 40 million CFA francs), and facilitating access to it (art. 18, one to five years and 20 million to 40 million CFA francs); none of those provisions imposes an age-verification, age-gating or age-estimation duty on a service provider or publisher, and each addresses the criminality of the content itself rather than a user's age.
