Belize has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code.

The Families and Children Act, Chapter 173, Revised Edition 2011, defines a child as a person under eighteen and sets rules on custody, maintenance, adoption, and care orders, but its stored text contains no reference to the internet or an online service; the Act's only reference to pornography is a delegated power letting the Minister make regulations regulating child pornography and prohibiting trafficking children for pornographic purposes, and no such regulation exercising that power was located.

The Cybercrime Act, Chapter 106:01, criminalises using a computer system to lure a child into sexual activity or the production of child pornography, and separately criminalises publishing or transmitting an image of a person's private area without consent, but both are prohibitions on an offender's own conduct rather than an age-verification or age-gating duty imposed on a service provider.
