The Bahamas
The Bahamas has no adult-content age-verification law, social-media minor-access restriction, app-store age-verification requirement, or age-appropriate design code. The Sexual Offences Act, Chapter 99, criminalises producing, disseminating or possessing child pornography and other sexual offences against minors, but imposes no age-verification or access-control duty on a private online service.
The Child Protection Act, 2007 restricts publishing material likely to identify a child involved in court proceedings, a court-reporting restriction rather than an age-gating duty. No dedicated online-safety, social-media, app-store, or broadcasting statute imposing a verification or access-control duty on a private online service was located in the Government of The Bahamas' laws portal.
