Burkina Faso has not enacted an adult-content age-verification, social-media minor-access, app-store age-verification, or age-appropriate design code statute as of the visit date.

Burkina Faso does have a general child-welfare statute, Loi n°015-2014/AN, which defines a child as any human being under eighteen years of age, but it is a general child-protection law rather than an age-gating or age-verification duty addressed to an online service, and no provision of it, or of any other located Burkinabe instrument, requires a service to verify a user's age before granting access to adult content, a social-media platform, or an app store, or imposes an age-appropriate design duty on a digital service.
