Protection of minors from sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse material is addressed through the state-level Criminal Code and the separate criminal codes of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and Brcko District, not read, so their content is not described here; a criminal prohibition running to an offender is in any case a different kind of duty from an age-verification or age-gating requirement on a service provider.
